We Are Hiring: Executive - Laboratory

Key Focus:
• Supervise day‑to‑day laboratory testing activities and ensure testing targets are achieved
• Maintain ethical working relationships and strong rapport with all laboratory staff
• Ensure all tests and evaluations strictly follow required standards and specifications
• Perform authorized tests accurately, efficiently, and within set guidelines
• Implement quality control procedures assigned by the Laboratory Manager
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to meet laboratory requirements on behalf of the Senior Laboratory Manager
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Motivate and guide the lab team toward continuous improvement and shared goals
• Maintain organized filing systems for test reports and related data sheets
• Monitor and record atmospheric conditions in the conditioning lab
• Maintain consumables and chemical registers along with relevant safety data
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
• 1 – 3 years of laboratory experience (textile/chemical labs preferred, if applicable)
• Strong understanding of lab testing standards and quality systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
