Overview

The role holder (Executive -Learning and Development) will manage the learning and development platform. The role holder will be responsible for LMS Management, stakeholders’ coordination, coordination with brands for organizing brand trainings, managing all MIS related to learning and development, creating engaging product content and quizzes for staff and analyzing MIS reports. Additionally, the role holder will collaborate on parallel projects.

Roles and responsibilities

  1. LMS Management: Platform Maintenance, User Registration and Management, Stakeholder Communication, Content Allocation support, ensuring content usage by learners, Continuous Improvement, Benchmarking and Best Practices, Customization and Personalization, Support in Evaluation, resolving the issues related to the learning platform.
