2. Job Purpose
The role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management initiatives at MIT-WPU. The incumbent will coordinate training programs, support performance-linked learning interventions, manage training calendars, and ensure effective implementation of employee development programs aligned with organizational strategy.
