Responsibilities

  • Learning Partner Management & Coordination - Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with Learning Partners to ensure quality program delivery.
  • Learning Operations & Administration - Manage end-to-end learning operations from registrations to logistics, including venues, communications, materials, attendance, and LMS administration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Partner with business leaders and HR to understand learning needs, communicate opportunities, and gather post-training feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Monthly Onboardings Facilitation - Conduct monthly new hire onboarding sessions on company culture, policies, and values to ensure smooth integration of new employees through structured orientation programs.
