Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the logistics industry.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to the specific needs of logistics professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and operations teams, to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible for logistics professionals.
