    Lounge Operations:

  • Oversee daily lounge operations including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail service.
  • Ensure lounge cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the day.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Engineering to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor guest traffic and manage seating to ensure comfort and privacy.
  • Respond to any questions from guests and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
