  • Providing comprehensive support throughout the entire membership application process, from initial receipt and processing to post-application administration.

  • Handle administrative responsibilities by thoroughly verifying the completeness and accuracy of membership application forms, and by uploading both the forms and supporting documents into the CRM system.

  • Regularly update and maintain members’ details in the CRM database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.

  • Respond promptly to members’ enquiries received through all communication channels, including email, Zendesk, phone, and social media, ensuring that each query is addressed within the stipulated timelines.

  • Oversee the administration, issuance, and management of all HomeTeamNS electronic vouchers.
