$150,000 – $160,000 per year plus superannuation

My client is a well-established, financially successful paediatric allied health practice with a strong reputation for quality, evidence-based care. With approximately 30 staff across three sites, the practice is entering an exciting new phase.

The founder is stepping back from day-to-day operations and is seeking an experienced Executive Manager to take the reins of the business — reviewing current operations, strengthening systems and structures, and future-proofing the organisation for long-term sustainability and growth.
