What's the role?

In this role, you'll lead divisional compliance oversight across Consumer and CCS, ensuring our retail banking products, services and customer processes meet regulatory requirements and align with the Group Compliance Framework. You'll partner with senior leaders to provide strategic compliance advice, influence key decisions, and uplift capability across the divisions.

You will oversee compliance risk assessments, support regulatory and business change, and strengthen governance through high quality insights and reporting. You will also provide expert guidance on Consumer products and CCS operations while maintaining appropriate independence and challenge.
