To carry out actions to achieve assigned KPI targets To perform regular administrative jobs related to shift management To lead improvement and cost control initiatives To maintain general discipline and decorum in the department and create an atmosphere of Positive team work. To initiate actions for subordinate development To perform scheduled Process control and Quality control checks To maintain machinery in the department in good condition.
