Role Objective:

The STO / STN / RTV Process Lead will centrally own, monitor, and govern all Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Stock Transfer Notes (STN), and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes across warehouses and entities. The role ensures process compliance, inventory accuracy, timely closures, loss prevention, and strong cross-functional coordination, supported by robust MIS and data-driven insights.

1. Central Process Ownership & Governance

• Own end-to-end STO, STN, and RTV processes across all locations.

• Define, implement, and control SOPs, SLAs, and approval matrices.

• Ensure standardized execution across warehouses, vendors, and logistics partners.
