Job Responsibilities:
• Issuing POA / LOA / certified copies
• Coordinating with location administration teams and Executive Assistants for document signing and courier arrangements
• Maintaining accurate record keeping and filing (both physical and electronic)
• Ordering stamp paper and coordinating payment of stamp duty
• Taking print-outs on stamp paper as per requirements
