We are seeking a highly organized, multi tasking and detail-oriented executive/senior to join our back office administrative team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of the company by managing various back-office functions.
- Facilities Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and other facilities-related services. Manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory.
- Procurement: Handle the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services. Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
