Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange meeting rooms for VIP guests and executives.
- Provide personalized support to VIP visitors, including hospitality arrangements.
- Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating executive meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials, refreshments, and ensure smooth execution.
- Hospitality & Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for executives and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pantry and meeting areas.
- Provide administrative assistance to the executive office as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum certificate or equivalent qualification in administration or hospitality & able to converse in mandarin.
- Prior experience in office support, hospitality, or executive assistance preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
