Responsibilities

  • Prepare and arrange meeting rooms for VIP guests and executives.
  • Provide personalized support to VIP visitors, including hospitality arrangements.
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating executive meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials, refreshments, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Hospitality & Pantry Management
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for executives and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pantry and meeting areas.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the executive office as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum certificate or equivalent qualification in administration or hospitality & able to converse in mandarin.
  • Prior experience in office support, hospitality, or executive assistance preferred.
