Executive Officer

Purpose:

Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the Executive Officer (EO) role provides strategic direction and operational oversight of non-academic services within York University Libraires (YUL). The role focuses on financial management, planning and budgeting for the Libraires across three campuses, and provides direction and oversight to the York University Library management team on human resources activities, academic resource planning, strategic planning, policy development, facilities management, and special projects. The role identifies, researches, and develops strategies to meet present and future needs that strategically aligns with YUL and University's objectives.
