Job Description

  1. Administer all Procurement System and data management to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  2. Provide and deliver second-level support by analysing, troubleshooting and resolving issues for Business Users, Business Enablers and Vendors.
  3. Single point of contact between IT and Service Provider for all issues related to Procurement System.
  4. Monitor and actively follow up on all IT and Service Provider issues and service requests, coordinating communication and escalation as needed to ensure timely, comprehensive, and satisfactory resolution.
  5. Maintain and analyse support activity tracking, providing recommendation for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
  6. Participate in all the system testing cycles for Procurement System enhancements and implementations.
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to Procurement System to optimize performance.
