EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations team in improving the quality and standard of caretaking and cleaning services provided at all sites.
• Provide full operations support to the operations team through close work relationships to ensure smooth running of cleaning operations.
• Application and obtaining Permit to Work approvals for cleaning project work at customer sites.
• In charge of cleaning project work scheduling, resource planning and workforce allocation to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with company’s ISO standards and highlight operational issues for continual improvement.
• Assist in investigating operational incidents or non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Submit necessary operations-related or any other reports / analysis in a timely manner when required to do so.
