Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth transaction of daily operations matter
- Handle queries and provide customer support to our Remisier/ Financial Advisory Representative/ Mobile Sales Force Team
- Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Provide administrative support for our backroom operations
Requirements:
- A recognised degree in any field
- Good team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to learn and pick up new skills
- Candidates with experience in back office operations will be an advantage
- Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates with immediate availability or require short notice are preferred
- Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous
