Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Own end to end process of the Annual Budget, Forecast, and long-term Strategic Planning of 3 years Support senior management in monthly Finance reviews by preparing reports and presentations like ADCOM PPT, Roadshow PPT, SL Monthly decks, and Gross Margin Analysis. Help in Weekly, Monthly, and Adhoc analysis by constantly reviewing the Business KPIs and update management on the same. Should be able to handle queries and engage in meaningful conversation with Business Partners, Controllers, and EMEIA region on Weekly or Monthly results. Analysing Standard cost rates with SL controllers Design and develop new Dashboards by leveraging the latest tools like Power BI or Advance excel. Provide ways to continuously optimize and improve deliverables format, work process, and system function to improve work efficiency and quality. Meets and Manages deadlines effectively.
