Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee documentation including onboarding, induction, recruitment coordination (direct & indirect), and exit processes.
  • Verify timesheets, attendance, leave records, and support monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate salary, allowance, and deduction payments.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Prepare HR reports for management and audits, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management.
  • Coordinate internal training programmes, manage HRDC grant submissions, and support performance appraisal and PIP processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, and support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
