Job Description

This is a position under the GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme , an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities and the duration for this position will be 6 months . The Executive supports organizational capability building through learning and development, competency frameworks, and change management initiatives. This role ensures alignment of talent strategies with business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
