Executive Pastry Chef

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to join our Culinary Team.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Executive Pastry Chef , you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen. Create and bake a wide range of products including cakes, cookies, pies and bread following traditional and modern recipes.

• Develop new recipes, innovate and develop new and exciting desserts to enhance the hotel’s menu and engage customers.
• Lead the administrative management of the pastry team, including effective scheduling, budget control, and compliance with operational standards.
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings to ensure beautiful and appealing presentations.
