About The JobBased at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Executive Pastry Chef , you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen. Create and bake a wide range of products including cakes, cookies, pies and bread following traditional and modern recipes.
Responsibilities- Develop new recipes, innovate and develop new and exciting desserts to enhance the hotel’s menu and engage customers.
- Lead the administrative management of the pastry team, including effective scheduling, budget control, and compliance with operational standards.
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings to ensure beautiful and appealing presentations.
