Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
Manage pastry team, including mentorship and developmentOversee daily pastry production in the commissary kitchenWork with the Culinary Director on R&D, streamlining operations, and ensuring quality is metImplement, train, and delegate new menu items, new recipes, and tasks to the team Executive Pastry Chef Requirements:
At least 5+ yrs in high-volume pastry production and managementStrong leadership skills: lead the team by exampleStrong organizational skills: supplying to all locations for the companyStrong administrative skills: scheduling, costs, and inventory Executive Pastry Chef Compensation:
