Job Summary

Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage pastry team, including mentorship and development

  • Oversee daily pastry production in the commissary kitchen

  • Work with the Culinary Director on R&D, streamlining operations, and ensuring quality is met

  • Implement, train, and delegate new menu items, new recipes, and tasks to the team
  • Executive Pastry Chef Requirements:

  • At least 5+ yrs in high-volume pastry production and management

  • Strong leadership skills: lead the team by example

  • Strong organizational skills: supplying to all locations for the company

  • Strong administrative skills: scheduling, costs, and inventory
