Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and manage detailed itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional written and verbal English proficiency.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, screening communications and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Assist with various personal and professional tasks for the C‑suite and other senior executives as needed.
- Native‑level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
