Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and manage detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, screening communications and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Assist with various personal and professional tasks for the C‑suite and other senior executives as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Native‑level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
