Executive Personal Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for far more than a traditional Personal Assistant.

This is a Lifestyle & Operations Manager : someone who operates as the mini-CEO of a private family ecosystem, taking ownership of logistics, travel, property, staff, finances, systems, and the overall flow of life.

Your mission: remove 90% of operational, domestic, organizational and process-related questions from the principal’s plate - with structure, taste, and flawless execution.

You will work directly with an UHNW entrepreneur and family, shaping order, clarity, and efficiency in every dimension of their lives.

This role requires strategic thinking, high autonomy, minimalism, excellent taste, and a calm, system-oriented mind.
