(Right Hand to Directors | Executive Operations & AI Assistant)
We are seeking a proactive, tech-enabled, and growth-oriented Executive Operations & AI Assistant to support three directors managing international projects across luxury design, construction, and wellness.
This is not a traditional EA role. We're looking for a true right hand — someone who uses AI, automation, and smart systems to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and move work forward with minimal friction. The role supports directors globally, while also providing operational and HR support for our India office.

Executive & Director Support (Global)
- Act as a strategic partner to directors: anticipate needs, structure priorities, and translate loose requests into clear, executable actions.
- Manage diaries, schedules, inboxes, and travel logistics across multiple time zones, using automation and rules where possible.
