Responsibilities

Responsible for production scheduling and planning to meet customer demand.

Responsible to ensure production run according to the planning schedule.

Review and plan inventory management to avoid any shortages and excesses.

Monitoring of schedule and identify root cause for deviation with recovery plan and communication with stakeholders.

To support daily update of finished goods, raw material usage and packaging usage.

Work closely with production team, demand planner and material planner for day to day production activities.

Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuos operations.

Coordinate with workers and their leaders on work prioritization.

Communicate with all key stakeholders from production, purchasing, warehouse to sales on validity and achievement of the production plan.
