Job Responsibilities

  • Handle trim sourcing for textile and garment production as per design and buyer requirements.
  • Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships for trims and accessories.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, sampling, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare, process, and release PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) in SAP .
  • Maintain accurate procurement and sourcing data in SAP .
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as merchandising, production, and stores.
