What we expect you to do - Enquiry entry in CRM & addressal

  • Planned visit to customers for sales meetings
  • Building relationship with customers
  • Understanding the RFQ and gather inputs from customer
  • RFQ tracking, follow up until the closure and RFQ status reporting
  • Coordinating with CFT team to check the feasibility of the RFQ and product mapping
  • Preparing techno-commercial proposal to meet the RFQ details
  • Coordinating with internal team for product demonstration to customer
  • Preparing sales presentations and presenting to customers
  • Negotiating with customer for order closures
  • Preparing URS and anchoring project kick-off meeting along with CFT team
  • Payment follow-up and collection responsibility as per agreed timelines and terms
