What we expect you to do - Enquiry entry in CRM & addressal
- Planned visit to customers for sales meetings
- Building relationship with customers
- Understanding the RFQ and gather inputs from customer
- RFQ tracking, follow up until the closure and RFQ status reporting
- Coordinating with CFT team to check the feasibility of the RFQ and product mapping
- Preparing techno-commercial proposal to meet the RFQ details
- Coordinating with internal team for product demonstration to customer
- Preparing sales presentations and presenting to customers
- Negotiating with customer for order closures
- Preparing URS and anchoring project kick-off meeting along with CFT team
- Payment follow-up and collection responsibility as per agreed timelines and terms
- Timely updates to customer on the project progress
