Job Description

  • Coordinate all inventories management & processing timely
  • Review and update with maintain correct pricing timely
  • Review the variance report to identify and resolve the discrepancy immediately
  • Prepare month-end reporting timely
  • Review third-party locations monthly to ensure they align with SAP inventory location records
  • Coordinate all logistic arrangement and liaise with freight forwarders
  • Coordinate ad-hoc tasks arrangement

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of accounting and finance will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with using SAP system will have added advantage
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a Procurement & Logistic / Supply Chain
  • Good in communication & collaboration skills
  • Positive mindset and attitude to handle daily task
  • Analytical skill is required for problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Additional Information

  • 5 days' work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
