**JOB PURPOSE**The Executive (Programme) is a key member of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programmes and services that promote active and healthy ageing. Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, this role encompasses programme delivery, community engagement, and operational support to ensure seniors aged 60 and above, receive high-quality, person-centered services across the five Active Ageing Programme domains.**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Programme Planning & Implementation* Develop and organize programmes aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Cognitive, Social, Learning, and Volunteerism* Plan and execute daily activities including workshops, wellness sessions, and community events to enhance seniors' well-being* Source and coordinate external trainers and facilitators ensuring quality standards and programme alignment* Co-facilitate programmes when required and provide backup facilitation su...
