Job Description: Fit-Out Assistant Manager, Group Project Planning & Development

Role Summary: To assist in managing and controlling all tenant and internal fit-out works within the landlord’s properties. This includes reviewing design submissions, ensuring compliance with landlord guidelines, and overseeing execution to uphold the quality, safety, and brand standards of the property.

Key Outcomes

The Fit-Out Assistant Manager is expected to ensure all tenant fit-out works are completed in accordance with the landlord’s design guidelines, safety requirements, and statutory regulations, without causing disruption to property operations.
