Responsibilities
- Support campus improvement and renovation projects, including feasibility studies and scheduling.
- Assist in design coordination, consultant engagement, and authority approvals.
- Review design drawings for value engineering and maintenance practicality.
- Draft small‑scale project drawings using AutoCAD and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Coordinate tender briefings, interviews, and ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders for site coordination and safety compliance.
- Monitor variation orders, contractual matters, and Defect Liability Period.
- Handle project documentation, meeting coordination, and minutes writing.
