The Quality Assurance & Operations Executive required to support testing activities under Digital Operations streams.This function focus on manual test execution and incident/ order flow validation, driving a scalable and efficient delivery model. 

Make an Impact by

  • Execute manual test cases across customer journeys (login, payment, subscription, billing, CRM updates)

  • Support regression testing for BAU deployments and hotfix releases

  • Monitor and validate operational flows (e.g., order stuck cases, fulfilment, payment completion)

  • Perform sanity checks and assist in root cause analysis

  • Log and track defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM

  • Conduct retesting and confirm defect resolution post-fix

  • Create and maintain test accounts, billing setups, and fulfilment simulations

  • Coordinate test data readiness with backend teams
