Executive - Rail Traffic Controller

Major Responsibilities:

• Service Operations
• Ensure punctual train services and make adjustments to meet customer needs. 
• Report and address equipment faults, coordinating with relevant staff for quick recovery. 
• Manage track access and work possessions according to rules and procedures during traffic and non-traffic hours.
• Safety and Compliance
• Maintain a safe environment for customers, staff, and contractors. 
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures. 
• Enforce transit rules and report non-compliance.
• Procedures and Improvements
• Review, develop, and improve procedures, manuals, and local instructions. 
• Provide feedback on train timetables and develop new ones when required.
• Staff Training and Mentoring
• Mentor and train new staff during on-the-job training at the Operations Control Centre.
