Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Leverage sourcing techniques to identify, engage, & build pipelines of qualified candidates across consulting & strategy functions
2) Consultative Talent Advisory:
Act as a sourcing consultant to hiring teams, offering data-backed recommendations, market insights, progress updates. Adapt sourcing strategies based on evolving role requirements, build & maintain strong pipeline of candidates for current or future demands & delivery status.
3) Market Research & Intelligence:
Conduct competitor analysis and talent market mapping to support proactive hiring & improve sourcing effectiveness. Use insights to guide role definition & positioning.
4) Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders & recruiters to understand talent needs & role nuances.
