**Job summary**

Our Executive Recruiter will focus on Commercial and Senior Delivery Recruitment roles is pivotal in driving the strategic sourcing initiatives within the organization. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment process ensuring alignment with corporate goals and contributing to the company's growth and societal impact.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization.

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies.

+ Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.

+ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

+ Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement ensuring a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

+ Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand the organizations reach and access to talent.

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

+ Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and strategic sourcing.

+ Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.

+ Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates. **Qualifications**

+ Possess a strong background in strategic sourcing with a minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment within Commercial and/or Senior Delivery positions

+ Demonstrate expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify top talent.

+ Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

+ Show proficiency in data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive informed decision-making.

+ Have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.

+ Display a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.

+ Have excellent process and compliance acumens.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) Strategic Talent Acquisition Certification is preferred but not mandatory

**Work Model**

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in New York, NY. **Salary and Other Compensation** :

Applications will be accepted until February 20, 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,00-$115,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
