Job Description

  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand executive-level hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates through advanced search strategies (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, ATS).
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from candidate outreach and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, leadership competencies, and cultural fit for high-level corporate positions.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive talent for current and future openings.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with US recruiting standards, employment laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive executive-level information.
