Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting all religious-related activities for Muslim staff within the organization. This role ensures that religious obligations and spiritual development initiatives are carried out in an orderly, respectful, and inclusive manner, in alignment with Islamic principles and organizational values, which includes:
- Supporting staff welfare initiatives and responding to employee-related matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Managing Islamic religious affairs activities, such as talks, special programmes, and internal events.
- Reciting dua' during official organizational events, meetings, and ceremonies as required.
- Coordinating religious activities during Islamic months and occasions (e.g. Ramadan, Eid celebrations, Maulidur Rasul).
