About company: One of the India’s most popular brands in Cosmetic & Ayurveda Company is more than 70 years old, has business operations in more than 40 countries across the world Company has annual turnover of more than Rs 750 crore; 4 manufacturing plants in India and more than 1000 employees in India Job title:  Executive – R & D Job function: R & D / Product Development Industry: Cosmetic / Ayurveda / Herbal / Healthcare Job location: Dombivali (Mumbai) Educational qualification: M.Pharm or B.Pharm or equivalent Work experience: Around 1 years to 4 years of relevant work experience in R & D / Product Development with Cosmetic or Ayurvedic or Herbal or similar industry Should have experience of New Product Development, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control, etc. Job profile: R & D: - Product Formulation: Develop new products by creating and testing formulations that meet market needs and regulatory standards. - Improvement Initiatives: Analyze existing products to identify areas for enhancement, reformulating them to improve effectiveness and competitiveness. - Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and market strategies.   Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet industry regulations through detailed documentation and adherence to safety standards.   Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to identify and integrate new ingredients, and assist in establishing manufacturing procedures.   Quality Control: Ensure products meet production and quality specifications, and assist in improving lab equipment and procedures.   CTC: Rs 3.60 lpa to Rs 4.50 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualifications)
