Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a tech-savvy, high-energy Executive Research & Growth Associate to partner with our Senior Consultants. Your mission is to solve the discovery phase of our business. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential client companies (Global Mid-sized MNCs) and sourcing elite-level executive talent using advanced digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Market Mapping (Client Side)
Identify and profile mid-sized MNCs globally that do not have robust in-house Talent Acquisition teams. Find key decision-makers (CEOs, Regional MDs, HR Directors) and initiate first-touch outreach. Maintain an active pipeline of warm business development leads for Senior Consultants to follow up on. 2. Deep-Dive Talent Sourcing (Candidate Side)
