Roles and Responsibilities

Executive, Accounts Development is the first point of contact for prospective members at COWRKS, handling inbound and outbound enquiries, qualifying leads, and driving conversions while maintaining accurate CRM data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all prospective new members looking for desk solutions at COWRKS workspaces
  • Explain COWRKS products and services to potential customers while effectively communicating the COWRKS brand value
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to qualify desk and non-desk related enquiries and convert them into opportunities on Salesforce
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches and customize conversations based on individual customer requirements via phone calls and emails
