Job Description

  • Support Corporate SME + Enterprise Sales Teams’ in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Providing customer service by managing enquiries from internal and external mailboxes.
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customers’ registrations, customer accounts and billing issues.
  • Supporting Finance and Sales Team to chase on corporates’ outstanding payments.
  • Corporate registration of courses and send confirmation letter to companies.
  • Checking of registration forms for courses before registration.
  • Invoice billing to company. Manual billing for exam / transfer and generate credit note to cancel invoice and refund.
  • Transfer trainees for rescheduled course dates, replacements, and cancellation requests from trainees.
  • Update of trainee details in Training Management System.
  • Prepares and sends scheduled and/or ad-hoc post-reg reports/requests to customers.
