Role: Executive, Business Support (Calling)

Your Day to Day

  • Contacting sellers of (bidding) and (non‑bidding) vehicles for appointment scheduling for transactions.
  • Following up and updating the latest appointment status of any unscheduled or postponed cases.
  • Providing assistance on seller inquiries regarding the transaction process.
  • Requesting necessary details for appointment scheduling (hire purchase status, ownership status, car status).
  • Sending reminder messages via WhatsApp to sellers upon completion of appointment scheduling, including required documentation for the transaction.
  • Checking customer availability (date and time) and confirming the transaction.
  • Updating accurate details in job sheets for subsequent team reference (Operation Executive).
  • Checking the OE schedule to slot in the appointment according to the location and time.
