Key Responsibilities

Executive Search – Leadership Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior sales roles (hunter, client partners, etc) and architect-level and above technology roles .
  • Experience of working with consulting clients/implementation partners or direct clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent intelligence for EU talent.
  • Drive candidate experience, transparent communication, and timely closures .


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Executive Search or Senior Hiring , covering Sales leadership and/or senior technology roles .
  • Strong understanding of EU talent markets , particularly for sales and technology leadership positions.
  • Proven ability to handle niche, high-stakes searches with multiple stakeholders.
