Executive Search Lead - Technology

Canonical, a global open‑source leader, seeks an Executive Search Lead to drive senior talent acquisition for its Technology organization.

EMEA – Home based. Occasional travel 2‑4 times a year, up to two weeks each.

• Develop and execute a search strategy that delivers head‑hunt talent through a data‑driven pipeline.
• Co‑coach senior leaders to attract and negotiate exceptional senior talent.
• Provide real‑time talent analytics using SQL or Python to surface hiring trends.
• Conduct in‑depth behavioural interviews and surface insights into motivations and behaviours.
• Build relationships with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and ensure process consistency.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from the sourcing strategy.
