We’re Hiring | Partner / Principal – Retail & Consumer Executive Search Practice


CxSearch Global Partners is a partner-led executive search firm working with founders, boards, and senior leadership teams to build leadership for scale, transformation, and growth. We specialize in senior and CXO-level mandates, combining deep sector understanding with a high-rigor, high-trust search process.


As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a high-impact Executive Search Partner / Principal to join our Retail & Consumer practice.


About the Role

This is a client-facing, ownership-driven role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the Retail & Consumer ecosystem. This is not just recruitment; it’s consultative partnership. You will manage end-to-end search engagements, influence hiring decisions, and build long-term relationships with clients in Retail & Consumer.


What You’ll Be Accountable For

1. Business Development & Client Engagement

• Drive new business opportunities and develop a strong client portfolio in the Retail & Consumer domain

• Lead client conversations, intake meetings, and strategic discussions to define search requirements and success profiles

2. Search Execution & Delivery

• Conduct targeted, market-leading search strategies including research, mapping, and sourcing passive candidates

• Screen, assess, and present top executive talent aligned to client needs

• Orchestrate the full search process from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support

3. Relationship Ownership

• Build credibility as a trusted advisor with senior leaders and stakeholders

• Maintain long-term executive candidate relationships and ongoing talent pipelines

4. Quality & Standards

• Deliver searches with rigor, professionalism, and adherence to CxSearch’s global standards for executive search

• Champion best practices in search execution and client service


Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or senior recruiting

• Background or strong interest in Retail and/or Consumer sectors

• Ability to drive business development and execution

• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills


Location & Work Model

Preferably Mumbai office / Alternatively Delhi
