Job Description


  • 5–8 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary supporting senior leadership

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and events to ensure optimal time management.

  • Accompany the CEO to meetings when required, take notes, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics, materials, and requirements are prepared in advance.

  • Receive, screen, and direct visitors, calls, and correspondence at all levels of seniority

  • Reconcile invoices, process payment requests, and ensure correct financial coding.

  • Maintain and update financial trackers, reports, and documentation.

  • Experience in staff supervision and team coordination.

  • Experience handling basic finance, reporting, and account reconciliation.
