Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MRO / Indirect Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, specifically in indirect materials and services. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, experience in SAP (preferably S/4 HANA), and a proven ability to follow up effectively on material and delivery status.
Key Responsibilities
Strong follow-up with vendors for material readiness and delivery status.
Ensure timely delivery of indirect materials and services as per project or department needs.
Convert PRs (Purchase Requisitions) to POs (Purchase Orders) in SAP efficiently.
